A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all maintenance or repair requests. Click on the appropriate link to complete the form to request a RMA number.
Instructions and your RMA Number will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days.
Duplicate requests will result in duplicate RMAs. Please check your spam, junk and other folders before submitting the form more than once.

Important Information-
- Once your equipment has been received, work usually takes around 7-10 business days to complete, repair times can vary.
- Loaner machines, when available, rent for $100 a week. The rental fee starts when the machine is shipped and ends when the machine is returned to our office. Loaner machines must be returned within 3 business days upon the delivery of your machine. Please contact us at Support for machine availability.
