Here are a few things to try should your machine not power on
- Plug your machine into a different grounded wall outlet.
- Replace the power cord. The power cord is a standard television or computer power cord that can be purchased at major retailers like Walmart or Best Buy.
- Check and/or replace the fuse. Learn how to check or replace the fuse in your machine.
- Using canned or compressed air, gently blow out all around the faceplate to remove any loose dirt and debris.
- Ensure the fan filter is clean and free from dirt. Vacuum dust off the filter while installed in the machine. The fan filter can be removed and cleaned by gently lifting the rim around the fan cover, removing the filter and cleaning it with soapy water. Be sure the filter is completely dry before re-inserting back into your machine.
- Should the machine not power on after trying these things, send the machine in for service by submitting the RMA Request Form.
