Equipment Service & Repair

To send your equipment for service or repair, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Submit an RMA Request

Complete and submit the RMA Request Form with all required equipment information.

Within 1–2 business days of submitting your request, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your RMA number
  • Facility shipping address
  • Detailed return instructions

Repair Timeline

  • Service and repair: 10–15 business days after we receive your equipment.
  • Return shipping: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery back to you

Packaging Instructions

  • To prevent damage during transit:

  • Pack your equipment securely in a double-wall, heavy-duty box

  • Use adequate protective materials such as bubble wrap

  • If available, use the original box and packaging materials

Shipping boxes and packing supplies can be purchased from retailers such as: The UPS Store, U-Haul, Staples, or Office Depot. We don't provide shipping boxes.

Shipping Guidelines

  • Select “Signature Required” for delivery

  • Use a carrier that provides tracking, such as UPS or FedEx

  • Retain your shipment receipt and tracking number until your equipment has been delivered to our facility
