How do I send my machine in for repair or service?

Having your equipment serviced or repaired can be done by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Click on and submit the RMA Request Form for your equipment and provide the necessary information on the form.

Within 1-2 business days of submitting the RMA Request Form, you will receive an email with your RMA number and the address of where to ship it.

Repairs & service generally take about 10-15 business days after your equipment is received; repair times can vary.

If possible, equipment should be returned in its original box and packing material. Boxes and packing material can be purchased at stores such as The UPS Store, U-Haul, Staples, and Office Depot.

All machines should be securely packaged in a heavy-duty box with enough packing material, such as bubble wrap, to secure and protect the machine from a drop during transit.

Always choose Signature Required when shipping your equipment. We recommend using a company that utilizes tracking, such UPS or FedEx. Be sure to ask for a shipment receipt for your shipment and keep it until your equipment has been delivered to our facilities.
