How do I send my machine in for repair or service?

To have your equipment serviced or repaired, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Complete and submit the RMA Request Form with the required information for your equipment.

Within 1–2 business days of submitting your request, you will receive an email containing your RMA number, shipping address and instructions for returning your equipment.

Repair Timeline

  • Service and repair time: 10–15 business days after we receive your equipment.

  • Return shipping: 3–5 additional business days.

Packaging Instructions

  • Pack your equipment securely in a double-wall, heavy-duty box using adequate packing material (e.g., bubble wrap) to prevent damage during transit.

  • If possible, use the original box and packaging materials.

  • Boxes and packing supplies can be purchased from stores such as The UPS Store, U-Haul, Staples, or Office Depot.

Shipping Guidelines

  • Always select “Signature Required” for delivery.

  • We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking, such as UPS or FedEx.

  • Retain your shipment receipt and tracking number until your equipment has been delivered to our facility.
