Coils are warranted from manufacturing defects for a period of six (6) months from the date of the original purchase invoice.
Should there be an issue, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be given by the manufacturer, before the coil is sent in for servicing.
If your coil has obtained non-manufacturing defects or damage, your coil could potentially be repaired, but a RMA number will be required before shipment. For attachment repair requests please select the attachment only box in the request form below.
If you are requesting repair an attachment, please select Attachment Repair Only under Repair Type
The attachment type and lot or serial number (4–12 numeric or alpha numeric combination) must be provided on the form. The number is found on the tubing near the connectors. An RMA number won't be issued without the attachment type and lot or serial number.
*Please note, only 2 Plug attachments may be repairable based on the issue. Currently, Legacy and Twist Plug attachments are non-repairable. You may contact us to see if we have any demo coils available.
