All cash machine and attachment purchases that are returned in good, clean working condition have a 60-day money-back guarantee, with a 12% restocking fee. All machine and attachment purchases on credit cards will have funds refunded to the card less the 12% restocking fee and CC charges.
Rental purchases under the Try Before You Buy will receive a half refund upon the machine being returned on time and in working condition. Equipment returned that requires a deep clean is subject to a cleaning fee. Shipping cost is nonrefundable.
