Affiliate Program Rules

Reminder of the Affiliate Rules:

In order to receive a commission, the client MUST be registered prior to their purchase. If an affiliate registers the customer at any point after the payment has been completed, no commission will be granted on the sale. There will be NO exceptions on this and the following rules.

Referral Partners make commissions on NEW machine sales and products purchased. Commissions will NOT be paid on any DEMO machines/products, or 2nd/3rd machines/products purchased.

*Affiliates have 90 days from the referrals date of purchase to report a commission that was not paid to the affiliate by MagnaWave. Once the 90 day period has expired MagnaWave will not pay any unpaid commissions.

1. If a Referral Partner's "Lead Registration Form" is what puts the customers contact into our system, the Referral Partner will be granted their full commission within 30 days of the customers purchase.

2. If the customer is already in our system when a Referral Partner completes the "Lead Registration Form" (as long as the registration is completed prior to rental or purchase), the Referral Partner will receive a partial commission amount, within 30 days of their purchase.

3. If multiple Referral Partner's register the same lead/buyer before the purchase. The buyer will be contacted and asked who their referral was on their purchase. If the buyer does not respond by the 25th of the month of purchase, the commission will default to the Referral Partner that most recently registered the buyer.
