Cleaning your MagnaWave products

During cleaning activities be sure to inspect all components for signs of wear. Should the membrane appear to be worn, if the power cord appear to be worn, or if any connectors appear to be worn, contact MagnaWave support.

Follow these steps to clean your equipment:

  • Disconnect the main power cord
  • Cleaning should be frequent enough to keep surfaces dust free. Always clean your machine and accessories between users.
  • MagnaWave products are NOT waterproof or rain-proof. Do not allow moisture to penetrate into the product. Do NOT submerge your product in water.
  • Clean the machine and accessories with a dampened, non-abrasive cloth. Use only mild, non-abrasive, commercially available cleaning detergent (dishwashing liquid), according to the detergent manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Blow out the machine with canned air weekly; around the perimeter of the faceplate, the power entry module and cooling vent.
  • Do not use any abrasive cleaners, alkaline solutions or alcohol-based cleaners.
  • After cleaning be sure to wipe down all surfaces using a clean damp cloth and allow all surfaces to dry thoroughly.
  • The ventilation panel should remain free of lint or dust to maintain sufficient air flow.
  • Do not use any sharp-edged or pointed objects to clean any component of the MagnaWave system.
