Attachment Repair
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for 2 plug attachments can be requested by submitting the RMA Request form.
RMA Request Form
Complete and submit the RMA Request Form to Initiate a repair and receive an RMA number.
The attachment type and lot or serial number (4–12 numeric or alphanumeric combination) must be provided on the form. The number is found on the tubing near the connectors. An RMA number won't be issued without the attachment type and lot or serial number.
Within 1-2 business days of submitting the RMA Request Form, you will receive an email with your RMA number and the address of where to ship it. Repairs and service typically take 10–15 business days to complete after we receive your equipment. Once repairs are finished, your equipment will be shipped back to you, which generally takes an additional 3–5 business days. Please note that repair times may vary depending on the issue and parts availability.
A tracking number will be provided when the repaired attachment is ready to ship back.
Please note: attachments that are sparking may not be repairable, email Support a picture if uncertain.
If deemed irreparable, we will inform you regarding replacement options.
Demo replacement attachments may be available for purchase at a discounted rate.

Please Note: One Plug Attachments for the Semi 3, Semi 5 & Semi 5 Duo (Legacy Plug or Twist plug) may not be able to be repaired. Please fill out this RMA Request Form to inquire if it may be able to be repaired. A picture of the attachment may be requested before the RMA is issued.
