Attachment Repair
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for 2 plug attachments can be requested by submitting the RMA Request form.
RMA Request Form
Complete and submit the RMA Request Form to Initiate a repair and receive an RMA number.
The attachment type and lot or serial number (4–12 numeric or alphanumeric combination) must be provided on the form. The number is found on the tubing near the connectors. An RMA number won't be issued without the attachment type and lot or serial number.
Within 1-2 business days of submitting the RMA Request Form, you will receive an email with your RMA number and the address of where to ship it. Repairs typically take 10-15 business days.
A tracking number will be provided when the repaired attachment is ready to ship back.
Attachments that are sparking may not be repairable, email Support a picture if uncertain.
If deemed irreparable, we will inform you regarding replacement options.
Demo replacement attachments may be available for purchase at a discounted rate.
