A Return Merchandise Authorization for 2 plug coil repair can be requested by submitting a repair form (below).

2 Plug Attachment Repair Form

We will need the lot or serial number from your coil which can be located on the coil towards the connectors. The lot or serial number is a 4-12 digit number and/or letter combination.

*If you have a Legacy Plug or Twist plug attachments, they currently cannot be repaired. You can contact us HERE to see if any demo coils are available.

Please note: If we deem a coil to be irreparable, we will NOT send it back, due to safety reasons. A replacement coil will need to be purchased. Demo replacement coils may be available to purchase at a discount rate.
